Questions about pricing

Why is Pro so much cheaper than the big PDF services?: They pay for servers to process every file you upload. PdfNib never receives your files, so its costs are close to zero and the savings go to you.
Do free exports have a watermark?: No, and they never will. A watermark would punish the people we are trying to help.
What happens if I stop paying?: You keep every file you made, and the free editor and tools keep working. Only the Pro features switch off.
Can I get a refund?: Yes. Every Pro purchase comes with a 14-day, no-questions refund. See the refund policy.
How does Pro work on my other devices?: Pro belongs to the email you paid with. On another device or browser, open the Pro account page, enter that email, and type the code we send. No password, no account to create.
