Refund policy: 14 days, no questions asked
Pro should pay for itself the first time you use it. If it does not, ask for your money back.
What is covered
Any Pro subscription (monthly or yearly) and any 7-day pass can be refunded in full within 14 days of the purchase or renewal, for any reason or none.
How to ask
Email hello@pdfnib.com from the address you paid with, or use the refund link on your receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
After 14 days
You can cancel at any time; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. Partial refunds after the 14-day window are at our discretion, but if something went genuinely wrong, write to us.
Your files
A refund or cancellation never removes your documents. They live in your browser, and the free editor and tools keep working.
